We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Market Manager to lead two high-volume retail locations in St. John's. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven retail leader who loves selling, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that meaningful customer connections are at the heart of every successful business.
What You'll Do
As Market Manager, you will partner closely with Store Managers to drive sales performance, develop talent, and execute strategies that grow the business.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading and coaching two high-volume retail teams to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Developing Store Managers and building strong leadership benches
- Creating a customer-first culture focused on connection, styling, and service
- Recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
- Analyzing business performance and identifying opportunities for growth
- Understanding product trends, customer buying habits, and market opportunities
- Driving accountability while creating an engaging and positive team environment
- Supporting visual merchandising and ensuring stores are positioned for success
