Overview
The main responsibility of this position is to input orders and invoices for hearing aid products (ITE, BTE, Accessories, EDI, etc) into the Navision database. You will maintain strong integrity and accuracy of orders to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction.
You will be a part of a strong team that supports each other to ensure each member and the team meets objectives and goals.

Enter orders into Navision
Enter invoice correctly
You will be a part of a strong team that supports each other to ensure each member and the team meets objectives and goals.
Send invoice to shipping department to ensure accurate delivery schedule
Put orders with correct boxes, including hearing aids, molds and accessories
Qualifications
High School Diploma (or equivalent general education certificate received)
Experience working with a computer and computer programs (Windows, Microsoft Office)
Minimum typing speed of 35 words per minute with minimal errors
Strong attention to detail, quick learner
Strong keyboarding skills for both alpha and numeric
Previous experience in Data Entry or typing role
Mature, professional and accountable with a positive attitude
Must be able to work in a team environment and also independently
Dependability to work occasional overtime to ensure adequate coverage when needed
