Customer service representative manages customer questions, inventory and responds to queries in a timely manner. Candidates must have customer service experience in providing information about products, services and sales. The customer service rep is also responsible for loading and unloading products of a 1 ton truck. To be successful in the role, candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be able to lift boxes and have proficiency with computers and general labour work.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Communicating with customers and understanding what product they want
- Sales
- Stocking/Unloading product
- Lifting boxes
- Processing customer orders and requests
- Collaborating with team members to integrate successful sales
Job requirements:
- General education diploma
- Be able to lift heavy boxes
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
- Ability to work under pressure or in stressful situations
- Computer proficiency and ability to use mobile device’s
** Important Information**The customer service representative reports to the customer service manager and will be PAID CASH for the hours he/she works at the end of the week.
