The successful candidate will work in a collaborative environment, providing support to members of the team across the country. The incumbent can be based out of the firm’s Calgary or Vancouver office.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, and conduct changes to the firm website
- Addition of new content and creation of new pages on firm website
- Conduct website improvements to maintain best practices
- Handle intranet postings and provide general support to users
- Train and assist junior team members
- Continuously monitor, implement, and improve SEO
- Generate and evaluate website analytics
- Identify, suggest, and implement digital initiatives
- Handle social media posts and participate in strategy
- Oversee or partake in marketing projects as required
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working in digital marketing, ideally within a law firm or similar professional services setting
- University education in a relevant field
- Strong webmaster skills including HTML, JQuery, SharePoint, Sitecore, Google Analytics, SEMRush
- Proven working knowledge of SEO and social media strategies
- Ability to work well within a collaborative team environment
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
