About the Role
We're looking for a bilingual (English/French) Customer Experience Representative to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You'll be one of the first people customers, prospects, and partners interact with, providing friendly, professional support by phone, email, and other channels. Beyond customer service, you'll also assist with administrative and sales support tasks, making this a varied, fast-paced role with opportunities to make a real impact.
We're hiring for both full-time and part-time positions and are focused on finding the right people to join our Saskatoon team.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Respond to customer emails and online inquiries promptly and accurately.
- Assist customers with general product and account questions.
- Route technical issues to the appropriate team members and ensure customers are taken care of.
- Process customer orders and assist with onboarding activities.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and other administrative activities as required.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and other administrative projects.
- Work closely with our Customer Experience, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure customers receive exceptional service.
- Look for ways to improve processes and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Represent the SolusGuard brand with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first mindset.
What you'll bring
- Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for helping people.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- Confidence learning new software and technology.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
- The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a close-knit team.
Qualifications
- Experience in customer service, client support, hospitality, administration, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and common business software.
- Experience working with CRM systems is an asset.
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company is an asset, but not required.

Work Location
This is an in-office position based in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. Applicants must be able to work from our Saskatoon office.
