Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Canada. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing projects and portfolio's and ensuring they align with our mission of delivering exceptional Construction services. Your contributions will be vital to the success of our projects and overall company goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities including scheduling
- Assist in project planning, reports, and budgeting.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders and team members throughout project lifecycles.
- Liaison with management/staff to track project progress and billing
- Review drawings and documents send to trades and clients for pricing and approval
- Prepare reports on project status, challenges, and milestone.
- Facilitate meetings to discuss project updates and address concerns.
- Support the project manager in estimating costs and resource needs.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in project coordination or management within the construction industry.
- Quickbooks, MS Office, MS Teams, MS project and Ms Outlook are required
- Strong understanding of construction processes including change orders and related paperwork. I.e. T&M tracking, Invoicing and processing invoices
- Familiarity with construction related software and tools
- Managing or coordinating trades and staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize high priority tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in construction estimating is a plus.
- Knowledge of permits, permit administration and related paperwork
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Liaison with the accountant, payroll, benefits and and consultants
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $34,862.01-$67,382.39 per year
