Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful person who can help coordinate and manage quality and regulatory documents and help us build a system to improve efficiency.
- Review INCI lists generated by R&D and with the help of our regulatory screening system, ensure they are compliant with relevant markets where the customers will be selling.
- Review, Approve & File CofA’s & specifications of incoming raw material shipments.
- Prepare & File Certificate of Analysis of products we manufacture.
- Assign & manage lot numbers of all products Blue Beautylab manufactures.
- Perform QC checks during production to ensure products are compliant with all relevant specifications set by the customer.
- Develop QA and QC SOP’s according to GMP guidelines with our R&I Director.
- Coordinate cross-functionally, specifically with R&D and project management to ensure that all regulatory documents and quality documents are prepared, filed & submitted as per the requirements.
- Lead MoCRA registration for Blue Beautylab & its customers.
- Request, prepare & coordinate all documentation customers request for regulatory registration.
- Investigate any quality related concerns from clients and provide formal documentation of investigation once completed.
Qualifications:
- Education: we are open to all education levels and backgrounds. Priority may be given to relevant fields such as Cosmetic Science or Quality Management.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a QA/QC role or Regulatory role
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, wearing multiple hats and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management tools.
- Detail oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, non-hierarchical team environment.
