River City Hyundai is looking for an experienced, driven Sales Manager to help lead one of Western Canada’s premier Hyundai dealerships.

What You’ll Do
As Sales Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in the day-to-day performance of the dealership.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team
- Desking deals and maximizing profitability while maintaining customer trust
- Supporting sales consultants through negotiations and deal structuring
- Managing inventory strategy, including appraisals, acquisitions, and inventory turn
- Monitoring key performance metrics and driving accountability
- Creating an exceptional customer experience from first interaction to delivery
- Building a culture of energy, professionalism, and performance
