We're growing our HVAC/R service team and looking for the right technician to grow with us.
As an HVAC/R Service Technician, you'll become part of a growing team, focused on delivering exceptional service to commercial and industrial clients throughout Calgary and the surrounding area. We're looking for motivated 3rd-year apprentices, 4th-year apprentices, or Journeypersons who take pride in their work, enjoy solving problems, and want to be part of a company that values quality, teamwork, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform HVAC/R service, diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on commercial and industrial equipment (RTUs, split systems, boilers, controls, etc.)
- Handle emergency calls and troubleshoot complex issues independently
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professionalism and trust
- Complete service documentation and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams
- Assist with equipment startups, commissioning, and small retrofit projects as required
- Work alongside senior technicians to develop technical and troubleshooting skills
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on safety, quality, and customer service
- Mentor future hires as the division scales
- Support quoting for repairs or small retrofits
- Always maintain a strong focus on safety while working
Job Requirements:
- 3rd, 4th year apprentice or Journeyperson HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanic certification required
- Preference given for dual plumbing Journeyman Certification
- Preference given for gasfitter (A) ticket
- 3-5 years troubleshooting/repairing HVAC/R equipment in a commercial/industrial service environment
- Commissioning and Start-Up experience preferred
- A valid Class 5 Alberta Operator’s license with clean 5-year abstract is required
- Ability to work with minimal direct supervision, while upholding company values, and meeting customer expectations
- Ability to identify a problem and be a solution maker
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and strong relationships and commitment to providing a high level of customer service

Schedule:
- 8-hour shift, participate in On-Call rotation, some overtime may be required
