Job Summary
Ugly Duckling Nails Inc. is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is primarily focused on coordinating and managing daily shipping operations to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.
The role includes preparing and packing customer orders, creating shipments through courier platforms such as UPS and Canada Post, completing customs and government documentation for international shipments, and preparing customer invoices. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy and efficiency in their work.
Previous experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or administrative coordination is considered a strong asset, but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Create shipping labels and process shipments using courier platforms such as UPS and Canada Post
- Complete customs paperwork and government documentation for international shipments
- Prepare customer invoices and shipping-related documents
- Coordinate outgoing shipments and daily courier pickups
- Track shipments and assist with resolving shipping issues or delivery delays when needed
- Maintain organized inventory and assist with restocking products
- Assist with general warehouse, fulfillment, and operational tasks as needed
- Support day-to-day order processing and logistics coordination
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal team members
- Ability to work independently while staying motivated and proactive
- Comfortable working in a warehouse and shipping environment
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, fulfillment, or order processing is considered an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
