Collaborate with Sr. Director, Licensee Vendors and internal Walmart departments (ISD, LP, Construction, Store Set, etc.) on the completion of all details and requirements for the construction of Licensee locations within Walmart projects. Ensure that the LPIC (Licensee Premise Improvement Charge) is billed to each Licensee Vendor per the Licensee Agreement, and that payments are received promptly so that Construction Dept. can perform their budget reconciliation accurately. Facilitate resolution of any construction licensee issues in order to ensure successful grand openings per approved schedule.
Review and discuss Licensee Agreement Renewal or Termination Terms with Sr. Director and work with Legal on the promptly submission of applicable notices to prevent income losses or liability to the company.
Review and update Licensee Agreement Database on SAP RE/FX System, as well as any business address/name changes, termination or additions per Walmart location. Submit MDM requests to create vendor numbers for new Licensees or update information on existing ones.
Execute monthly Rent Income Uploads and process income payments to ensure Walmart stores receive accurate Licensee Fee credits for Licensee Businesses in their premises. Review and get approval for yearly Licensee Rent Increases prior to start of new fiscal year and notify Licensee Vendors accordingly.
Complete month-end report on actual licensee income vs. budget and number of licensees year to date. Analyze monthly actual Licensee Income, including Vending, and review findings with Sr. Director to ensure budget is on track.
Accurately update Licensee Information for Walmart.ca website and Wire and collaborate with Area Director, Marketing, E-Commerce and Operations, on the development and implementation of any Licensee Business Promotional Programs.
Collaborate with Director and Dept. Assistant on the prompt resolution of licensee customer issues, and the review, development and implementation of new licensee business programs.
Participate in the performance and service assessment process for all existing Licensee Vendors and collaborate with Sr. Director and Licensee Operations Assistant on the review of potential new Licensee Businesses.

Position Summary...
Manage all records related to Licensee Programs implemented in stores across Canada and all Licensee Agreements (similar to tenant agreements). Ensure new agreements and notices of renewal or termination are processed as per the terms and conditions of the agreement so that there is no negative impact on annual Licensee Income Budget (within Company's Other Income). Collaborate with Sr. Director, Legal, Design and Construction areas on all due diligence activities involving licensee business operations in new, relocation, expansion or remodel projects and existing stores, including licensee construction process, as well as billings to Licensees for leasehold premise improvement costs. Participate in Licensee Business/Performance Review Process with Sr. Director and Finance. Collaborate with Finance on the reconciliation of monthly Licensee income and applicable accruals to ensure income credits to stores are posted properly on their P&L.
