The Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston Water’s Edge is seeking a professional, service-driven Front Desk Associate to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality by providing a warm welcome, efficient check-in and check-out experiences, and personalized service throughout each guest’s stay.
This position is responsible for managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns with professionalism, and ensuring accurate processing of payments and hotel systems. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to creating memorable guest experiences aligned with Marriott brand standards. The Front Desk Associate works collaboratively with all hotel departments to support operational excellence and maintain a positive, welcoming environment for guests and team members alike.
