Shift: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | Approximately 10-hour shifts | Occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs.

Our client is a growing agricultural operation specializing in the cultivation, harvesting, and packaging of premium mushrooms for commercial distribution. They are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join their team in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Harvesting mushrooms and assisting with crop maintenance
- Sorting, packing and labelling products
- Preparing orders for shipment
- Loading, unloading and moving materials and supplies
- Keeping production areas clean and organized
- Following food safety, quality and health & safety procedures
- Performing other general labour and production duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and dependable
- Comfortable working at a steady pace
- Able to stand and walk for most of the shift
- Comfortable with repetitive bending, reaching and other physical tasks
- Able to safely lift and move materials
- Comfortable working in a humid agricultural/production environment with varying temperatures
- Available for Monday-Friday day shifts and Saturday work when required
- Able to reliably get to Niagara-on-the-Lake, as public transportation options may be limited

Successful candidates may be offered permanent employment based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
This position is classified as agricultural work under Ontario Employment Standards and is subject to the applicable provisions of the Employment Standards Act.
