Our Client
Our client is a leading employment law firm in Canada. The law firm has built a great reputation and provides support to their clients that are dealing with labour/employment law. The law firm has grown to provide employment, litigation, labour, and administration law files. The law firm has been in operation for over 30 years.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working on Employment and Labour Law files
- Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
- Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them
- Ability to represent clients professionally out of court, in court and in front of tribunals
- Deal with clients in a professional manner and close files in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards
- Possess the ability to go into court and act in the best interest of their clients
Successful candidates must have:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience working as an Employment and Labour Law Lawyer
- Extremely detail oriented with the ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and strong acumen with technology
- Have sound judgment and the ability to understand their client’s perspectives
- Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
Compensation
· Competitive compensation from $100,000 to $200,000/year and bonuses
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
