Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with equipment check-in/out
- Provide safety briefings and watercraft operating instructions
- Inspect, clean, and prepare boats for rental
- Maintain dock area and equipment cleanliness
- Manage social media content and customer engagement (for selected staff)
- Deliver excellent customer service
Qualifications:
- Valid Ontario driver’s license required
- Basic First Aid certification preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic computer skills (social media tasks)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Previous boating experience a plus
- Availability on weekends and holidays
