Overview:
You’re an extroverted process related individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have experience working with hiring managers from different areas of the business, candidates, and HR team members. You are driven to carry a process through end-to-end and have the experience to use interviews and tools to deliver top talent every time.
Your strengths include communication, organization, using metrics in your analysis and ability to share best practices while providing interview coaching and recommendations to hiring managers. You’re adept at using an ATS (iCIMs a bonus), can work your way around sourcing on Linked In (Boolean searches a plus) and understand D&I hiring.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the internal hiring managers and stakeholders to identify strategic objectives for their hiring needs.
- Facilitate the creation of internal job descriptions alongside the hiring manager for new positions and review existing job descriptions prior to commencing search to validate existing job descriptions, role outcomes and competencies and aligning or updating to internal salary and compensation guidelines
- Utilize benchmarking tools for market specific compensation guidance
- Source qualified candidates, screen resumes and conduct telephone pre-screening interview, and present shortlist with profile summary to hiring managers highlighting qualification and culture compatibility with a recommendation

Conduct video or in-person interviews with candidates as agreed with Global Director HR and hiring manager

Assist in leading the efforts to diversify hiring source
- Qualify candidates meet internal hiring requirements including background screening, testing and ability to provide supervisory references
- Offer guidance and facilitate the offer and negotiation process through to its completion Follow up with hiring managers and assist with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process
- Participate in off-site recruitment effort to attract new graduates
- Collaborate with Operations Managers and HR colleagues to create employment offers

Become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the HR team on iCIMS Recruiting system (ATS)
- Provide regular reporting on turnover and recruitment metrics

Work to continually develop social media enhancements for recruitment
- Works collaboratively with the HR team and management team within operations to take a proactive approach to recruitment by assessing current and future hiring needs
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as require
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of corporate and/or search firm talent sourcing experience in a fast-paced environment

Strong affiliation to drive for results and exceed goals and objectives

Attention to detail and ability to manage high volume and multiple priorities Proficient in utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS

Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills

Extensive experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

Experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches

Computer literacy such as Adobe, MS Office, (specifically Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
