The Winnipeg branch is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a remote position based in Saskatchewan.
JOB SUMMARY
· Develop new business opportunities and grow market share within your territory.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. · Regularly visit customers, repair facilities, fleets, dealerships, and distributors.
· Identify customer needs and provide effective diesel parts and service solutions.
· Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities.
· Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. · Resolve customers concerns professionally and efficiently.
· Collaborate with internal sales, operations, and management teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
· Provide Market feedback and competitive intelligence to management REQUIREMENTS and QUALIFICATIONS
· Minimum of 3-5 years of outside sales experience, preferably within the heavy-duty truck, diesel engine, automotive, agricultural, and industrial sectors.
· Strong understanding of diesel engine, heavy-duty equipment, or aftermarket parts is considered a major asset.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively throughout Saskatchewan. · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems is an asset.
