Capilex Beauté is currently seeking a Store Manager for our Fredericton boutique.
Position Summary
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the boutique while delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will use your haircare expertise to guide professional clients, maintain optimal inventory levels, and ensure the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to professional hairstylists and salon owners.
- Provide expert advice on Capilex's professional product lines.
- Manage inventory and place purchase orders to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Oversee the daily operations and organization of the boutique.
- Ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and visually appealing.
- Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to their ongoing success.
- Support company initiatives and help achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
- Hairdressing diploma (required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in the beauty industry.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Passion for customer service and professional beauty products.
- Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Schedule
- Full-time
- 39 hours per week
