Submit and follow up on internet installation requests (retail, business, and wholesale)
Submit and follow up on internet upgrade or internet changes requests (retail, business, and wholesale)
Coordinate and correspond with carriers across Canada regards to pending requests
Respond to customer escalations varying in high to low priority via email and phone
Assist fellow team members on tasks that require additional support
Logging and updating customer related documents received via email and fax
Troubleshoot and gather information from Customers to identify root causes of Customer problems and dissatisfaction and determine appropriate course of action to ensure the result is win-win
Follow internal company guidelines in regards to call handling
Communicate with energy, and personal confidence
Recommend improvements in process and procedures in order to prevent future problems
Demonstrate a customer first attitude
Participate in regular meetings with management and team members
Performs other duties and special projects as required and assigned by Managers
What do you bring to the team?
High School diploma and/or equivalent experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service related role required, preferably in a technology related industry
Strong customer focus with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
Strong commitment to deadlines and work ethic – taking accountability and ownership to overcome roadblocks to ensure customer promise dates are met
Ability to thrive in a challenging, demanding, and rapidly changing environment without close supervision
Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with fellow team members
Detail orientation with an appreciation for processes and process improvements
Excellent organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
