Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC lathes and CNC Mills safely and efficiently
-
Perform CNC setups (considered an asset)
-
Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
-
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure quality standards are met
-
Work collaboratively within a team-oriented manufacturing environment
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors and teammates
What You Bring:
-
Previous experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-
Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written)

Flexibility with working overtime
-
Previous exposure to a lean manufacturing environment is an asset
