We specialize in commercial food equipment service programs and proudly partner with restaurants, healthcare facilities, long-term care homes, schools, and institutional kitchens across Ontario.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Outside Sales & Service Representative who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping customers improve their operations through innovative service programs.
About the Role.
You'll spend your days on the road meeting with existing customers while actively introducing new service programs, developing new business, and creating long-term partnerships. You'll have the freedom to manage your territory with minimal supervision while representing a company that has earned the trust of customers for generations.
The first few months will include comprehensive training by servicing a few current contracts a day, making routine deliveries thus giving you the opportunity to learn our customers, products, and proven approach to success.
What You'll Do
- Service and grow an established customer base.
- Prospect and develop new business within your assigned territory.
- Promote new preventative maintenance and exchange programs.
- Conduct customer visits and product demonstrations.
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Work independently while achieving sales and growth objectives.
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market opportunities.

- Mechanically inclined or familiar with commercial kitchens (an asset but not required).
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Driver's Licence with a clean driving record.
- Sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to travel throughout your assigned territory.
- Basic computer and mobile technology skills.
- Background in the food service industry would be a plus.
