Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead all new intakes for a portfolio under Corporate Centre Technology. You'll provide end to end support on the intake process and manage all new requests tat come through the intake process As the Intake Specialist, you’ll collaborate with a diverse team to create a consolidated response including scope documentation and estimation.

How You’ll Succeed

Understanding Requirements - Work closely with Business Partners and guides the team to develop integrated baseline project plans applying estimated models; documents estimating assumptions, refines plans and manages performance against them . Manage project communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, project team, etc. Develop, take ownership, and prepare estimates and solution document by cooperating with BSAs, DEV and QA team members across Corporate Centre Technology. Set up appropriate governance and oversight of all intakes.
Relationship Management and Reporting - Develop and maintain productive relationships with designated clients, peers including liaising with external service suppliers and clients to resolve problems/inquiries .
Coordination & Collaboration - Coordinate and lead cross-functional tasks or work packages to identify and document functional or reporting requirements, work flow, information sources and system specifications. Partner with project manager, technical resources, vendors, and management to ensure accurate execution of projects.
Who You Are

You have experience as an Intake Specialist, BSA, or PCO for minimum 2 years. You have very strong communication skills and are result oriented and pay attention to details
You have a degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields.
You have good knowledge of project management principles and Microsoft office tools. Strong EXCEL proficiency.
