We are seeking a friendly and professional experienced breakfast and lunch Server to join our dynamic team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong understanding of food and beverage service. This role offers an opportunity to work in a lively environment where teamwork and attention to detail are valued. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to learn. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a memorable visit.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or manual methods
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Ensure food safety and proper handling of all menu items
- Assist with food preparation or setup as needed to support the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations
- Address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation standards
- handle money transaction of bills , cash, debit and credit transactions
- Smart Serve certificate required
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques is advantageous
- Experience with barista duties or bar service is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
- Hospitality background or experience in the food industry will be considered an asset
