Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise in mechanics and mechanical knowledge will be crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of HVAC systems.
Duties:
- Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Diagnose and repair malfunctions in HVAC equipment
- Inspect and test HVAC systems to identify issues and recommend solutions
- Follow blueprints, schematics, and building codes to complete installations and repairs
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex HVAC problems
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of HVAC systems
- Ability to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot various types of HVAC equipment
- Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repair as it pertains to HVAC
- Familiarity with reading blueprints, schematics, and building codes
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
