The Role
We're looking for a detail-oriented, organized Payment Operations Specialist to join our in-office team in Montreal. In this role
What You’ll Do
- Process merchant account updates and repricing,
- Manage operational workflows,
- Collaborate across departments,
- Support projects
- Help improve internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2 to 5 years of experience in operations or payments
- Excellent attention to detail
- Microsoft Word/ Excel proficiency
- Comfort learning multiple platforms.
- Merchant services or T-SYS, Fiserv, Elavon, Repay experience is a plus
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills are preferred.
Language Requirements: Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, as well as external partners who are based in the US.
