Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers in identifying and sourcing appropriate automotive parts for their vehicles.
- Research products and recommend solutions for customer needs.
- Process orders accurately via phone, counter, and online platforms.
Inventory & Operations:
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse and sales areas.
- Prepare orders for shipment and delivery.
Delivery:
- Execute timely and professional deliveries to customers.
- Operate the delivery vehicle safely and maintain logs.
- Collect payments and document delivery confirmations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (clean or explainable violations upon request).
- Computer proficiency with POS systems, or willingness to learn.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 kg regularly.
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop skills.
Preferred:
- Automotive parts or retail experience (not required).
- First aid certification (must be completed independently within the first 3 months if not already certified).
Working Conditions:
- Physical work including standing, lifting, bending, and warehouse duties.
- Outdoor delivery work in varying weather conditions.
- Safe vehicle operation required.
