Warehouse Operations Associate – Whistler (Function Junction)
- $22/hour + extended benefits after 30 days
- Full-time, steady weekday hours (11am–7pm)
- Forklift training provided — no experience needed
About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable Warehouse Operations Associate to join our logistics team in Whistler. This is a full-time warehouse position with steady hours, Monday to Friday.
What You’ll Do
- Wrap and prepare pallets for shipping and storage
- Operate a forklift and pallet jack (paid training provided)
- Load and unload trucks (LTL shipments, BOL/waybills) safely and efficiently
- Assist with shipping & receiving, order picking, and inventory cycle counts
- Operate a forklift to fill and empty kettles, complete paperwork and restock shelves
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Occasional deliveries
- Prepare Amazon orders
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, hardworking, and physically capable (able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the shift)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions carefully
- Coachable — open to feedback and willing to learn until tasks are done right
- Works quickly and efficiently throughout the day
- Team-minded — willing to pitch in wherever needed
- Independent — comfortable in a warehouse role that isn’t highly social
- Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor conditions (including cold/wet Whistler winters)
- Must already live locally or have housing arranged (no staff housing available)
