Assistant Manager
As an Assistant Manager with Western Financial Group, you will use your Insurance expertise to effectively manage and support your team to achieve established sales targets, while focusing on employee engagement and client retention.
Here is what a typical day looks like
• Managing walk-in queries, sales and up-selling of products to new and existing clients
- Collecting client information, quoting and selling insurance
- Mentor and coach team members, assist in training and onboarding of new hires as needed
- Following up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities
- Remaining up to date on product knowledge and build relationships with insurance providers
- Continue self-development through industry and community involvement, training and other courses
The value you bring
- General Insurance Level 2 License required
- Experience leading a team in achieving their individual and team goals
- Strong time-management and training skills in a deadline driven environment
- Involvement in industry related associations and your community
- Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal
Hours: Full Time, 37.5 hrs per week
Location: Vermilion, AB
Compensation Range: $53,000 - $72,000
