Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a full time reliable, dependable and hardworking individual to be one of our Customer Service Representatives.

Job Purpose:
The CSR’s primary function is to proudly provide the highest level of customer service. To also maintain strong relationships with clients and continue to strengthen our reputation in the industry and our community as industry leaders and service providers.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide support and/or information for clients.
- Ensure every client is cared for in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer relationships to ensure positive experience.
- React quickly to changing internal and external business conditions and propose effective alternatives.
- Manage and resolve potentially stressful and difficult situations by involving the right people at the right time.
- Continuously seek to improve internal business processes and reduce errors by investigating and adapting new procedures, tools or technology.
- To gain a clear understanding of all Lux Windows and Doors products and parts
- Respond quickly and efficiently to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Effectively time manage
- Quote and order window/door components; including invoicing and order maintenance.
- Ordering and scheduling screen finals/lock outs.
- Ordering and scheduling Field Glazing.
- Scheduling Service Techs and Glaziers.
Qualification:
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service
- Strong organizational abilities
- Strong communication abilities
- Critical thinking
- Self-starter that is organized and wants to positively impact the company and clients
- Capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines and prioritize work
- Actively engage at any opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and clients
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Unwavering commitment to safety, continuous improvement, and project management excellence
