Family Dental practice at Pape and Danforth on street level is seeking an experienced Treatment coordinator to work aside our existing staff of dental professionals in organizing and completing treatment for patients. Our office is easily accessible, very close to the Bloor-Danforth line. This position is ideal for a vibrant and energetic individual looking to grow their skills as part of an experienced team and assist our diverse and established patient base in completing major treatment alongside our Dentists.
- Must be able to effectively communicate, and educate patients on recommended treatment as well as present comprehensive treatment plans with the help of a dentist.
- Present treatment plans and work out financial agreements
- Complete all pre-determinations for major work and follow up with patients
- Communicate effectively with Dentists
- Proficient at taking pre at post op photographs
- Schedule consultations with patients
- Achieve annual production targets determined by the office
- Must be organized, professional and reliable
- Knowledge of dental terminology as well as dental codes
- Experience with Abeldent would be considered and asset
