We're looking for a motivated and confident Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping business owners solve their marketing challenges.
What You'll Do:
-Prospect and engage potential clients through outbound cold calling and outreach.
-Follow up with inbound leads and conduct discovery calls.
-Identify client goals, challenges, and growth opportunities.
-Present Tip Top Partners' services, including SEO, website development, Google Ads, and Meta Ads.
-Book sales meetings with business owners and decision-makers.
-Maintain accurate records of prospects and pipeline activity.
-Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
-Consistently work toward monthly sales and revenue targets.
What We're Looking For:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
-Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
-Ability to handle objections and stay persistent.
-Coachable with a willingness to learn and improve.
-Previous sales experience is an asset but not required.
-Experience with cold calling, appointment setting, or digital marketing is a bonus.
