Job Description:
The Conpute K-12 Repair Technician is responsible for servicing our customers at their locations, so customer service, empathy and problem solving are top priorities. This role also includes the assessing, repairing and providing quality control of repairs of devices for our customers devices.
Field Support Job Responsibilities:
- Configure, Install and Image Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers and Projectors
- Configure and Repair Apple devices
- Deliver Laptops, Desktops, Tablets, Printers and Projectors to school locations
- Troubleshoot and Repair or Replace all above mentioned in the Field and at the Depot
- Organize Service Calls & Plan the most efficient routes
- Off site pickup and exchange of devices
- Project support
- Complete Administrative tasks real-time including Entering Time and Details of Work Performed into our ticketing system
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Detail oriented
- Good communication skills
- Eager to work in a fast paced, changing environment
- Support the efforts of other team members
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Lifting or moving up to 50lbs may be required
- **** Must have a Valid Driver’s License & Operating Vehicle ****
- **** Must be able to obtain a Vulnerable Sector Police Records Check ****
Qualifications: College diploma in IT or related field; OR equivalent work experience. A+ Certification, working knowledge of Lenovo, Apple products and 1-2 years experience is preferred. Excellent ability to work with people, foster a team attitude, ability to work in fast paced environment and adapt to change as needed.
Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
