On the Water Designs is an established family business that specializes in aluminum framed waterfront dock and boat lift systems. We are known for our long lasting products that are light weight, adjustable & easily removable for decades of use. We are located conveniently on the way to cottage country through the Highway 11 corridor, south of Gravenhurst. As we continue to grow, we are looking for the right candidate to join our team.

Responsibilities
Perform a variety of production duties including cutting, drilling, grinding & punching. Working primarily with aluminum materials. This position works closely with our welding & parts departments to ensure all required materials are supplied on time and within tolerance.
Primary equipment used will include industrial saws, band saw, punch press & drill press
Requirements
- Keen eye for detail
- Punctual attendance
- Ability to work independently and be productive if waiting for a task to be assigned
- Ability to lift 50lbs+
- Blue print reading and measuring accuracy a must
- Experience with hand tools including drills, saws, presses, grinders & sanders
- Experience working with wood and aluminum
- Strong work ethic and ability to work within a demanding and time sensitive environment
- Reliable transportation
