Duties
- Assist lead teachers in planning and implementing daily activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Support children during playtime, learning exercises, and mealtime to ensure safety and engagement.
- Help maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to support children's progress and well-being.
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing additional assistance as needed.
- Participate in classroom routines such as circle time, storytime, and outdoor activities to foster a positive learning atmosphere.
- Document observations of children's development to assist teachers in tracking progress and planning future activities.
Requirements
- Prior classroom experience or experience working with children is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus.
- Ability to engage children in educational activities that incorporate math concepts and other foundational skills.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for supporting young learners’ growth.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment and follow safety protocols.

Pay: $21.50-$27.60 per hour
