**Job Summary:**
We are seeking compassionate Personal Support Workers to provide care and assistance to individuals in various settings such as nursing homes, hospice care, assisted living facilities, and private homes.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist clients with daily tasks including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and mobility support
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals in need
- Provide reminders for Medications prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Assist with heavy lifting and transferring of clients when necessary
- Provide specialized care for individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments
**Skills:**
- Experience in caregiving or related fields such as nursing home, hospice care, assisted living, or home care
- Ability to perform tasks that involve heavy lifting and physical exertion
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards individuals in need
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized environment for clients
