Role Description

Reporting to the Associate Manager of Centralized Operations in Individual Customer, you will be responsible for various functions that support the inbound and outbound mail process. You will work cohesively with other members of the team and our internal partners in various aspects as set out in the following accountabilities:

You will be accountable for:
Accurate and timely processing and distribution of incoming mail
Processing of investment payments
Investigating incomplete or missing payments
Prepping paperwork for various lines of business
Review reports and act upon as necessary
Ensuring accurate information is provided on correspondence before being mailed
Monitor mailboxes for incoming requests
Indexing imaged paperwork through Advisor Workspace
Support small projects when necessary

Required Competencies and Behaviours:
Strong organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task
Demonstrated high level attention to accuracy and detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment
Ability to handle high volumes and tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated ability for flexibility to change focus as priorities shift within the team
Strong focus on customer service for our advisors and their clients
Private and confidential document review and management
Bilingual (French) is an asset
Working knowledge of Microsoft office products, Quadrus business, Investment Centre, Client Cash Management
Knowledge of GWL mainframe is an asset
