Are you looking for an opportunity to lead a large-scale operation team in Information Technology program delivery? Enbridge is seeking an experienced Information Technology and Business Transformation Leader to lead a team of experts that provide architecture, reporting and data expertise to the technical work streams in Enbridge’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Program. This is a key leadership position that orchestrates work between Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure and Data teams, ERP Design & Solutions team, plus operational partners and vendors, to define and execute on technical requirements as well as support needs.
The ideal candidate would have experience, exposure and understanding in the following technology areas:
Oracle SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Familiarity with multi cloud environments (Azure, Oracle, SaaS) , Networking and Security concepts, OIC – (Oracle Integration Cloud), Oracle FMW – Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, Service Bus, WebLogic), ODI – Oracle Data Integrator and ETL tools, OTBI, OAC – Oracle Analytics Cloud, PowerBI, Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, Integration patterns and concerns with integrating with legacy boundary systems.
What You Will Do:
Translate ERP Transformation strategy into road-maps, action plans, roles and metrics to be executed, controlled and run.
Direct several teams of Enbridge professionals across system architecture, infrastructure, data conversion development, testing, support, deployment, cut-over, transition and warranty disciplines.
Ensure strategic alignment between the architecture and design stream and the service delivery teams to guarantee the solution is built in accordance with Enbridge standards and meets operational standards
Lead the technical teams and hires, trains and develops technical talent.
Collaborate across Enbridge and Systems Integrator architecture resources to confirm the delivered solution components meet the business functional and system nonfunctional requirements and can be operated by the Enbridge team.
Work in partnership with Enbridge technology leaders to ensure enterprise governance standards are maintained or establishes enterprise standards where required to support cloud architecture.
Be responsible for the implementation of monitoring, change control, and update/upgrades of Cloud ERP systems through the program delivery life-cycle.
Collaborate with Technology Information Services leadership, staff, and vendors on all matters related to the use and support of the ERP applications and tools.
Engage Technical Subject Matter Experts to gather and derive operational requirements and translate them into appropriate technical specifications to ensure that issues can be quickly identified, isolated and resolved.
Participate in and provide insight for quality assurance strategy and planning. Translate non-functional requirements (NFR) and use cases into test plans and test scenarios to test operational requirements.
Who You Are:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field, ex. Computer Engineering, MBA or equivalent.
15+ years of functional or technical experience in ERP solutions including five years of management experience leading a complex IT architecture and data organization.
Experience implementing Oracle and / or Maximo ERP software modules with a consistent record of delivery excellence.
Strong knowledge of relevant domain processes in Finance or Supply Chain or Asset and Work Management.
Knowledge of defining business architecture with alignment to technology.
Advanced interpersonal skills demonstrated through previous experience in the following contexts: multi-disciplinary project meetings, technical reviews with Architects, Developers and Subject Matter Experts.
Effective negotiation, influencing and leadership skills.
Office based role with travel to other Enbridge offices as required.
