Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced Interlock & Stone Installer for an immediate opening on our landscape construction team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hardscape installation, a commitment to quality workmanship, and the ability to provide leadership and guidance on job sites when required. Candidates with Lead Hand, Foreman, or crew leadership experience are strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Install interlock, brick, and paver features including patios, walkways, steps, and pool surrounds
- Construct retaining walls and other stone or block structures
- Install natural stone, stone veneer, coping stones, and related finishes
- Prepare and compact bases, grade surfaces, and ensure proper drainage
- Measure, cut, and fit stone and pavers for accurate installation
- Perform concrete work as required
- Safely operate hand tools and construction equipment
- Operate skid steers (Bobcats) and excavators when qualified
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Assist with crew leadership and job site coordination when required

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience installing interlock, brick patios, or hardscape features
- Strong knowledge of grading, base preparation, and installation techniques
- Valid G driver's licence with a clean abstract
- Experience operating Bobcats and excavators is an asset
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift
- Leadership or crew lead experience is a strong asset
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
