We work closely with architects, designers, contractors, integrators, OEMs, and distributors across Canada.
Your Role
Reporting directly to management, you will be responsible for driving sales growth across the Canadian market.
Your mission: identify, approach, and convert new strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively develop new business opportunities across Canada
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through active prospecting (CRM usage is mandatory)
- Identify relevant projects, tenders, and business opportunities
- Develop lasting relationships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and OEM partners
- Present Borealux solutions through a strategic and consultative sales approach
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective opportunity follow-up
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Meet and exceed established growth targets
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B business development
- Proven success in outside sales and prospecting
- Experience in lighting, electrical, construction, design, architecture, or a related industry is a major asset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Highly self-driven with excellent organizational abilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on results
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (experience with Pipedrive is an asset)
- Willingness to travel across Canada
Essential Requirements
- Fully bilingual in French and English (spoken and written)
- Based in Québec or Ontario
- Valid driver's license and passport
- Ability to manage a national territory
