Installer Requirements:
- Proven experience in custom cabinetry installation
- Own professional tools and reliable vehicle
- Ability to read and execute detailed shop drawings
- Strong attention to detail — clean lines, consistent reveals, precise finishes
- Professional and reliable on-site presence

Cabinet Maker Requirements:
- Experience in custom cabinet fabrication and millwork
- Skilled with shop equipment including table saw, edgebander, CNC, and assembly
- Ability to build efficiently from drawings while maintaining quality standards
- Strong understanding of materials and construction methods

Office Manager / Design Assistant Requirements:
- Solid understanding of cabinetry design, construction, and layouts
- Proficiency in SketchUp and Mozaik
- Ability to support design development, shop drawings, and revisions
- Highly organized with strong project coordination skills
- Clear communication with clients, designers, and production teams
