Bakery Department Associate Description
Successful Candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. A Bakery Associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Dynamically selling product by providing customers with information needed to make product-related decisions
- Stocking shelves and maintaining the overall appearance of designated aisles and the entire stock department.
- Assisting customers in finding desired products.
- Preparing and packaging of our fresh baked products,
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned
Butcher Department Job Description
Successful Candidates will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by satisfying each customer's needs and exceeding their expectations. A Butcher Department Associate's responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Maintaining high standards for product freshness and sanitation
- Dynamically selling product by providing customers with information needed to make product-related decisions.
- Filling, maintaining and rotating products and displays.
- Operating meat slicers, vacuum sealing, stocking, cutting tools, scale, and other Butcher department equipment.
- Labeling products with appropriate dates and prices
- Responsible for ensuring all products are handled properly while meeting local health and safety standards.
- Assisting in other duties, as assigned
Previous food preparation and grocery store experience will be considered an asset.
