Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused RV Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, large social media portfolio (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook), managing CRM, and providing exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience. The ideal candidate must be well versed in technology and Rv sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and can effectively manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience with product demos are highly valued to serve our diverse customer base. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a vibrant retail setting while delivering top-tier service. Contract is renewable yearly.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers effectively
- Provide personalized recommendations through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Manage transactions accurately
- Have a socail media presence on Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok
- Manage and update CRM daily
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction
- Utilize strong communication skills to inform customers about promotions, new products, and store policies
- Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via digital channels
- Demonstrate organizational skills by managing time efficiently during busy periods and multitasking effectivelyQualifications
- Previous experience in RV sales is preferred
- Bilingual abilities (English and additional languages) are a plus for serving diverse clientele
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence
- Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills
- Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently
