Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Body Shop Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair, hands-on experience with various tools, and the ability to perform precise body repairs. Duties
- Repair and restore vehicle bodies following manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment to perform dent removal, panel replacement, and frame straightening
- Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs
- Perform sanding, priming, painting, and finishing of vehicle surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete repairs within designated timeframes
- Follow all safety protocols and industry regulations during repair processes
Experience
- Dealership experience or prior work in an automotive body shop is highly preferred
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle systems and repairs
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting equipment
- Experience with automotive repair techniques including dent removal, panel alignment, and painting
- Mechanic experience is a plus but not required; relevant training will be provided for qualified candidates
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards

Pay: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
