New fresh and fun Nashville Hot Chicken restaurant is looking to hire a diverse group of people. If your looking for a career, growth as a person, student going to school, or just want to have fun while working, we have a place for you.
We are hiring for a Part Time Cook/Line Prep Cooks for a weekend day shift or night shifts Friday - Sunday Nights or Sat and Sun day shift. . Approx 15- 35hrs/week to start depending on your availability. The job will turn into a fulltime position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields beneficial.
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Abiltiy to close and open a kitchen is an asset.
Job Types: Part-time
Salary: $16.00-$19.00 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning ingredients
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is stored properly and at the correct temperature
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and service techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Skills:
- Food handling: Knowledge of proper food safety practices and procedures
- Food preparation: Ability to prepare ingredients and follow recipes accurately
- Food service: Understanding of serving sizes, plating techniques, and presentation standards
- Cook: Proficiency in cooking techniques such as grilling, sautéing, baking, etc.
- Meal preparation: Ability to plan and execute meal preparation for various dishes
- Kitchen: Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils used in cooking
