Job Summary
Kramer Mazda is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and deliver an exceptional, customer‑focused buying experience. This role is ideal for a proven automotive leader who is passionate about performance, team development, and delivering service aligned with our commitment to Omotenashi—anticipating and exceeding customer expectations at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Drive daily sales activities including desk deals, TOs, and performance tracking
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process
- Monitor and manage lead flow, appointments, and follow‑up through CRM systems
- Support pricing strategy, inventory management, and merchandising of vehicles
- Collaborate with Finance, Service, and Marketing teams to maximize dealership performance
- Maintain compliance with dealership policies, manufacturer standards, and regulatory requirements
- Analyze sales metrics and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability
- Foster a team culture aligned with Kramer Mazda’s values and customer‑first philosophy
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as an Automotive Sales Manager
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with dealership systems such as PBS and DriveCentric

- Experience working in a high‑volume dealership environment
