We are seeking a dedicated Residential Cleaner to join our team, providing exceptional cleaning services to private homes. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas using appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment
- Manage laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Prepare and assist with light cooking or meal preparation as needed
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment for efficient workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences
- Manage time efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled appointments
- Maintain a high level of organization to ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards
- Follow safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or related hospitality roles is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Effective communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently and thoroughly
- Basic cooking skills are desirable but not mandatory
- Experience with laundry services is advantageous
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Reliable transportation or access to transportation to reach client locations
