- Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or extensive automotive repair background.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with schematics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
- Ability to lift heavy components safely and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills to assist clients effectively.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation is a plus but not required.
- Certification or training in automotive technology is preferred.
