Rep Soccer Coach – Mississauga Soccer Academy
Mississauga Soccer Academy (MSA) is looking for ambitious and reliable coaches to join our competitive Rep program for the 2026/27 season.
We are looking for coaches who are passionate about player development and want to work within a structured club environment. Coaches will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions, leading teams on game days, and supporting the individual development of players throughout the season.
MSA provides coaches with a clear playing philosophy and curriculum framework, while giving coaches the freedom to adapt sessions to the needs of their individual team.
We are looking for coaches who:
- Have previous soccer coaching experience
- Hold or are working towards relevant Canada Soccer/Ontario Soccer coaching qualifications
- Are confident planning and delivering engaging training sessions
- Communicate effectively with players, parents and club staff
- Are reliable, organised and committed to their team
- Have a genuine interest in developing players and improving as a coach
MSA provides ongoing coach development, mentoring and CPD opportunities, with the opportunity for strong coaches to progress within our technical structure.
Positions are available across our Grassroots and Competitive Rep teams in Mississauga.
Job Type: Part Time
Schedule: Evenings and weekends
