Job Posting : Administrative & Claims Processing
Duties
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Opening/processing insurance claims
- Managing and organizing schedules and calendars.
- Handling office correspondence (emails, letters, etc.).
- Filing and maintaining records and documents.
- Ordering parts and managing inventory.
- Preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing information as needed.
- Inputting and updating data in databases or management systems.
- Knowledge with Repair Center/ Mitchell Connection/ Microsoft platforms, and general IT
- Job will be a combination of working alongside owner of shop as his assistant along with processing claims and dealing with customer and data entry
Experience required : Drivers License, use of office productivity software.
Wage : negotiated based on experience
