Under the joint supervision of the Senior Manager of Caretaking and the School Principal, the Head Building Operator (HBO) provides caretaking services at their assigned Rocky View Schools (RVS) facilities. The HBO leads a team that is responsible for keeping school building, grounds, contents, and furnishings in good appearance, and in clean, tidy, sanitary condition. The HBO creates a schedule of duties for each team member ensuring facilities are maintained in accordance with RVS levels of service. In addition, the HBO performs minor maintenance duties and manages the security of facilities and building systems at all times while at work.
